Are you on stage? Oh, I didn't mean for performing purposes, I meant for socializing purposes.
Yahoo Entertainment described Stage 32 as a combination of LinkedIn and Facebook for film, television and theater creatives. They have been around for a while but I'm still meeting people that have never even heard of it. Now, I cannot guarantee that this website will help you get found and make connections that will get you your next job, but I can guarantee that if you become an active member of this community you will learn a thing or two.
Imagine a website where most if not all posts are related to something you do. As a web developer, there are hundreds of websites that deal with web development, but this does not apply to every profession. Luckily Stage 32 takes care of the actors and film makers. Just as IADB is here to provide actors with professional websites, Stage 32 will connect you with other actors and producers. You will be able to get in touch with those in your network and possibly communicate opportunities within the upcoming projects.
Just like we encourage all of our members to obtain a LinkedIn account, we also highly recommend signing up with Stage 32. It's free. What's stopping you? Let me ask again. Are you on stage?
Based on the blog post above we'd like to recommend these two additional reads. If you'd like to write a guest post on our site, feel free to reach out to us at any time.
